OPTION ONE:

$650.00 + GST Initial consultation + $60/hour ongoing consult fee.

You know what you want to achieve, you have a clear vision of your design but want help making decisions, sourcing materials, selecting colours and liaising with trades;

Includes;

• An in home (or SKYPE) consultation to ascertain the scope of the project

• Concept design brief

• Read/review and liaise with you and or your draftsman/architect over plans until agreed solution is reached.

• Interior scheme developed (inc. colours, fittings, fixtures, flooring etc) 

• Product sourcing and supply, if required. This includes paints, tiles, tap ware, flooring, lighting and all other hard surfaces as well as furnishings.

OPTION TWO:

$900.00 + $60/hr ongoing consultation + Trade pricing on ALL project purchases

If plans confuse you, you have no idea where to source fittings and fixtures, no clue about floor plans and want someone to read over, advise and work with your architect or draftsman to come up with the best concept for you, your build and budget. We work with you from the initial design development phase, through the build till the moment you take possession of your new or newly renovated home.

• Review final plans to ensure all your requirements are met

• Interior concept design brief + colour consulting, mood boards and sampling

• Sourcing and liaising with all trades on your behalf

• Project management 

• Product sourcing and supply. This includes paints, tiles, tap ware, flooring, lighting and all other hard surfaces as well as furnishings.
